Ladies of the Lake Garden Party

Ladies of the Lake, the garden club of Buckhead’s Peachtree Heights East neighborhood, invites you to our 35th Garden Party on Sunday, May 4, 2025. The party is adults-only with an estimated attendance of 300. Over the years the Garden Party has become a signature social event for all who enjoy the Duck Pond Park. The event is held at the beautiful two-acre park overlooking the Duck Pond, and you can enjoy delicious eats and drinks while visiting with friends and meeting new ones.

The popular Duck Pond Silent Auction will include vacation homes, private parties and other exciting auction items planned just for the Garden Party. Net proceeds from the Garden Party will help fund special projects and maintenance in the Duck Pond Park. The Duck Pond Park is located in Peachtree Heights East that includes 640 private residences as well as the Cathedral of Christ the King and Christ the King School. The Garden Party attracts neighbors in Garden Hills, Peachtree Hills, Peachtree Heights West and beyond.

The Duck Pond Park is one of the most serene, natural environments in Atlanta. Set on nearly 7.5 acres of green space and rolling terrain, the Park was created in 1909. The original developer deeded this green space in trust for the use of the neighbors in the 1930s. This private park is open to the public and is maintained by the neighborhood association in Peachtree Heights East. No funding comes from the City of Atlanta.

Ladies of the Lake's main mission is to raise funds to maintain the Duck Pond Parks and rely merely on donations! Any donations will greatly benefit the Duck Pond Parks and help maintain and beautify our beloved serene environment.
